Breakdown as follows:
Comprehensive: $84.30 ($500 deductible)
Collision: $548.30 ($500 deductible)
Emergency Road Service: $5.30
Rental Reimbursement: $21.60 ($50 daily, $1500 max)
20-25k miles/year
