So is 34 miles still consider brand new?!?

I purchased a 2018 Mid Range M3 with 780 miles on it and when I received my title, it stated it was NEW.

i must have gotten lucky. mine had 3.8 on it but i have purchased new cars before that had 8, 70 or 110 miles on them and they were fine.

Absolutely - all of my paperwork said 50 miles, but the car was delivered with 5 on the odometer. So I'm +45 entire miles when it comes to warranty terms! And you shall be ahead as well, even at 36 whole miles.

I would reject it. You have no idea how hard someone drove those 34 miles. The turbo could be shot if they went over 4000 RPM
