I was at software version 2023.7.?. Today my MY 2022 software was updated to 2023.7.30 FSDB 11.4.7.

I see TeslaFi today is at 2023.26.10 with FSDB 11.4.4.

I'm not expecting answers here. I just think it's strange that I haven't received the cool car updates in 2023.26.10. And I'm surprised to get a latter version of FSDB than what is showing on TeslaFi.

2023.26.10 is the general release software branch with older and more stable FSD beta. It was at FSD beta 11.3.6 from 2023.20.X up until 2023.26.9

2023.7.X is the software branch for the original FSD beta testers and has the latest FSD beta version

I'm very happy to get the latest version of FSDb. I thought quite a while ago Elon said the two software branches were merging.

Better discussed in the AI,AP & Autonomous/FSD forum but in a nutshell. If you subscribe to FSD Capability you can simply let you subscription lapse and you will get the new software in a week or so. If you bought FSD Capability then you are stuck and can't do anything (except trade in on a new Tesla).
