Solar in SoCal Edison - does moving to TOU-Prime from TOU-4-9 affect rate selling back solar?

Do different TOU plans affect the cost for which I sell back excess solar?

I’m hopefully taking delivery of my Model Y soon, and will have the opportunity to change to TOU-Prime, which has a lower cost during off-peak hours.

Trying to weigh the pros and cons of switching/staying on my current plan.

You will be selling back majority of your excess at the rate of your current TOU plan rate from 8am to 5pm when there is sun. And you will lose your monthly baseline credit too if you switch to Prime I think.
