Sold & transferred my Tesla, yet still charged & safety score updated for Tesla Insurance (22 days later)

The Model 3 was sold & transferred on May 6, and yet 22 days later I still get billed for Tesla Insurance and even get a new Safety Score seemingly from the new owner. Seems like a big oversight on Tesla's part

Update: called, canceled, they backdated to May 6 and should issue a refund

I had the understanding that when you sold a vehicle it was your responsibility to call your insurance company, at least I always have. I'm curious, did you initially think you didn't have to call them?
