Squared wheel setup?

Hello,

Apologies in advance if this has been discussed (couldn’t find anything via search) but is there any reason why I couldn’t/shouldn’t install a square wheel setup? I’d like to do this so I can take advantage of rotations and elongating the life of the tires....

I know some of the winter tire setups come this way which leads me to think I could do this with my all-year set. (I live in the south so no need for winter tires)

Anyone have experience with this?

For my winter setup, I have 265/45/20 all the way around. Couldn't find a shop in town to install them due to liability issues though (decrease in width in the rear vice manufacturer recommendation). I had them mounted/balanced and then I put them on the vehicle at home. I put around 5K miles on them and had no issues at all. Will be putting them back on 1 Nov.
