I did take it into the service center. They told me the disabled speakers were features of the SR+ and they couldn't flash me a different firmware.

According to this teslaownersonline.com poster, the tweeters are not physically connected to anything.

To anyone still reading this thread, the SR and SR+, the front door window tweeters and un plugged, and the rear shelf and physically unplugged.
Your only option is to buy a 4 channel amp and plug them in.
OR
Go big, get a quality 5 channel and add in a subwoofer too of you liking and really enjoy.
NO you can not get a premium amp from the trunk and rewire all the speakers, Tesla used an entirely new wiring harness and remapped the speaker connections coming from the ice.
Your only option is to buy a 4 channel amp and plug them in.

Incredibly easy, the wires for the 4 speakers are behind the Lester on the passenger rear seat side. You can even mount the amp here.
The wires for the tweeters are in the footwell area on both sides of front seats.
For power you'll go directly into the penthouse power.
Check the link below and how to, keep reading over and over until you completely grasp it. Take your time, you can be done in less than 2 hours.
