Standard procedures at Service Centers

    I have now taken my Model 3 for service twice. I got very different experiences. What do people normally expect?

    Both times:
    Firmware Updated

    First time:
    Loaned a Mercedes while in for service (covered cost of gas)
    Car Washed
    Battery Charged
    Tire Pressure Set

    Second time:
    Loaned a Tesla while in for service
    Had the Mobile Access turned off

    Seems odd that there isn't a way to post questions about ALL of Tesla, but only individual models even though they share company origins and software and service
