I had my intermediate shaft and steering column relaxed on my 2017 model x last month. Now, the steering feels a bit off… can’t put my finger on what the exact problem is but it feels different from baseline - maybe a bit more difficult to turn the wheel and not returning to center as smoothly as baseline. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Did you change the steering mode? Settings->driving->Steering Mode. You can choose between three different resistance settings, comfort, standard and sport. Sport providing the most resistance.
