Steering wheel heat inconsistent

... resurrecting this because after the 2023.2.10 update it's all sweetness now, so much better feeling and no more hot/cold/hot anymore.

Now that you mention it, it does seem to not cycle through the on/off's. I've been using it on "Manual-Low" as I don't ever use the Auto setting on the climate. Seems to work great, and the low setting is sufficient. Luckily it is getting ever warmer here, so I won't get the full benefit of low vs. high until next winter.
