Storm Watch Activated in SF East Bay

Sure is wider, all the way down to Monterey at least and am sure beyond.
Just happened to check the iPhone app and noticed that a nondescript orange line appeared-- Storm Watch. No banner, no sound and no badge.
Batteries were charging at 6,7 kW rate for both. Just stopped charging and battery shows only 98%. Had 100% charge yesterday without the watch.
update: now the battery shows 99% without showing that is was still charging.

Not yet in Castro Valley. Still charging from PV.
remember. 100% without Storm watch is really 90% SOC. When Storm Watch kicks in then it’s the true 100% which is why the last 10% charges very slow just like our Tesla’s.

Same for me. At least your weather is cooler. Over 102 here and still climbing! 111 yesterday.
Good info. Mine is in Storm Watch and stopped at 99%. Or to be more precise, my API based program returned.

I feel for you.
Was in Chandler about 2 weeks ago to see grandson and fix things in the house, 111 day in, day out. Spent a few days outside getting palm leaves down. Yep, yesterday was only about 86 and a few lower today. No AC.

How is that displayed? Just that orange line Storm Watch? Anything more? Nothing for me, just happened to look.
That is the warning for yesterday that expired. I bet we get another one for today!!!

Just a side not of interest. I checked my temp yesterday of inverter/panel. Wow 59deg C, over 140 F.Well, my PTO application listed the system output to 5 digits. Someone must care.
Wonder what that 111 degrees in Chandler would do to an inverter/pane; temp, 160? 170?

Not a warning, it actually happened. As far as i know, this will last until Wednesday or when the heatwave passes.

This looks like a one-two punch issue by the NWS. Not sure if we would get this solely for the heat wave as it's also tied to dry lightning and is just until tomorrow at 11am.

Looking at the NWS in El Dorado county where I live, we are not in a Red Flag Warning zone but a Excesive Heat Warning and I also got set for Storm Watch.
