I had this on my 2020 X and they replaced the motor in the door and cleaned it and said it would fix it, never did. (It was a warranty issue which was great). So far knock on wood my 2023 Model X hasn’t had it. But others I know have it so I just assumed it was normal-ish like everyone has it. Lol but now I know 100% it’s not normal! 
Future I’ll definitely have them clean it I’m sure it’s bound to happen.
