Streaming service

Is anyone else having an issue with their streaming service? I had it this morning now nothing. I did reboot the center display but no luck. I just get the slacker radio sign in.

I've had an outage for about a week now. All the other stuff still works. I figure I need to contact the service center

Do you have premium connectivity? It only works when subscribed to premium. Won’t work even if tethered on wifi.

Just heard back from Service - they re-submitted the account details to Slacker, and it’ll be back online within a week - no need for any other intervention

We are suppose to have 1 year of connectivity for a December purchase but it seems to expire next month according to the menu in the car.

December 2022 purchased new from Tesla? Premium Connectivity has been free for only 30 days since Oct 15th 2021.

Got a 2013 Model S P85+ with the Tech Package and the premium connectivity is suppose to be free for the life of the car. Heard on the RTL podcast that Slacker will stop streaming next month or so.

Any free alternatives?
