Strikes Against Car or Against Driver?

I've searched for the answer to this without success.

If two different drivers are using FSDb, and one of them gets a strike, does that count for both drivers or just one? I'm guessing the former, otherwise you could just have separate profiles to avoid striking out.

I don't know the answer with 100% certainty but my strong guess is that any strike counts for all drivers, and that there is only one beta per vehicle, not one beta per profile. The release notes say "Improper usage is when you, or another driver of your vehicle, receive five 'Forced Autopilot Disengagements'.". There is no reference to profiles in that section.

It's on the car. If one person gets a strike, the car will have a strike, and everyone driving will.

There's someone on FB that had a Turo driver strike them out.

Strikes are applied against the car. If it was against the driver, you could just create a new local profile or add a new key to reset your strike counter.

My wife isn't keen on FSDb, but I think she would like it. I'd worry that she'd get strikes, so I won't try to convince her to use it.
