Struggling to remove Yakima Bike rack from hitch

Hi,
Anyone faced issues removing the Yakima/Tesla bike rack from the hitch. I am able to pull it out a bit from the hitch but it doesn't move beyond a point.

which bike rack? sometimes it fuses to the hitch after a while so once you loosen the locking wedge just rock the hitch a bit and it should free itself.

Did you loosen built in hitch cinch? That knob?

Have you tried using a Rubber Mallet? Might need a couple of good whacks

make sure the pin is not holding it in, its definitely getting caught on somthing.

I had faced the same problem and got the Yakima bike rack removed from hitch with the help of Tesla service team. Actually, it is supposed to be simple and easy if the instructions were given.

After unlocking, leave the key inside the knob and keep rolling the knob to the left for sometime and then pull the rack off of hitch by holding the grey button.
