Not sure it captures all the temporary price drops. There was a big price drop in Q1 '19 when I bought FSD (and when Tesla was in big trouble financially) - that is not reflected in that spreadsheet.
Correct. I was one of those who took advantage of getting HW3 + FSD for $5K, by dint
of not having any (E)AP on a model 3 delivered in 2018. Here is a convoluted (temporary) pricing
