Just tested mine out, works got a few " attempting to connect to car " messages while I was testing it.
got the Summon in this update yesterday. Kind of exciting to see the car going backward and forward with sensors on. Very basic but I think Elon was waying, in next update it will be able to be in and out of parking spots. At the moment it does not.
More often than not, I feel that Tesla need to increase their diplomatic hold on Canada. Sometimes that's all it takes to amend. Laws can be improved and so can the product.

Not sure what's up with the law thing, given the new fob doesn't support summon- so no idea why it's suddenly allowed.

I was commenting on "Smart Summon". In which no one currently has.
Due to our imobilizer laws "dumb" summon requires the phone/key to be in close proximity to the vehicle.
With "Smart Summon", the convenience feature is against our laws for the time being.
Summon is enabled in Canada now. Not bad at all. Will be interesting to see how the advanced version of this will work that can be used as RC car as Elon tweeted earlier this month.
for now.
But if anyone expected Smart/ Enhanced Summon to be released to us from the start.. they must have been smoking the now legal green plants...
