Looks like this was approved 3/30 and issued 4/3 so might see movement soon. Looks like it will be in the far western corner of the center, behind the Subway and Chinese Restaurant. Looks like all the utilities are back there so makes the most sense. Will be a bit tricky to get to. The single stall could be used as a pull through for towing if the other stalls to the south of it are empty. View from Pine Dr:

Sidewalks are done, and they cleaned up the site a bit. Looks like the sign posts are in and they have a large starlink dish up too.

Here's another angle. Still no charger posts, but we have some trash and recycle bins!

Does this look like a second small conduit next to the main one? This and the lack of charge posts could mean this will be V4. Would make sense with not much charging infrastructure in the area to have longer cords and CCS compatibility.

They have been doing that (V4 as “alternate post”) since Marco announced that the worlds first v4 would be at dateland, az. Sep. 2022 so over a year.
