parking has gone up to $22 for the 1st hour (up from the long time price of $11) second hour is still an extra $4 (i belive it is per hr, but i've never stayed at this location more than 2 hrs so I cannot say)

Still cheaper than the garages in Manhattan, but not nearly the savings it once was.

I'm gg to start prefering 250 Vessey and some of the other spots in Chinatown/ LES gg forward.

Wow that's terrible news. There's a revel station not too far from here. Electricity is a little more there but free parking first hour
