Would be fun down at the beach, but there is seriously no parking down there, the parking lot above the police station already has a slow charger so it makes more sense to put a supercharger closer to the highway, just like in Santa Cruz

Anyone see an update on this? I walked by the proposed site yesterday and there is absolutely zero work done on it.

Did the proposed location change? are they re-submitting for v4 stations? did they back out entirely?

Yeah, our new site permit in Alameda stopped after the city requested Tesla submit paperwork showing a plan for cleaning up after the construction. That permit was from 12/22/22, and nothing since. Not that Tesla isn't opening new Superchargers, but it seems they may be a little lightly staffed.

Stopped by today and it looks like everything is in place including the transformer. Looks they just need to repave and it should be done

Stopped by yesterday, everything looks like it just needs to be turned on! Stoked that we get one on the east side (and first Bay Area v4!) and a pretty primo location. Anyone know when its slated to go online?

The Los Gatos supercharger at Whole Foods is v4, so it's definitely not the first one.
