Nice find, and thanks for the pics! Assuming the local power company is efficient it seems like they should easily meet their Q4 2023 goal.
Some progress since my last visit. The lines have been painted, and it seems the placement of the stalls is being shifted more to the center of the parking spot. Also, a different placement of the bollards than I've noticed before.
Tidied up, waiting on transformer and meter.
I wish they'd repaint the parking spots black and re-stripe them again. With the way these stalls are more centered in the spaces, and that the old lines are still prominent, it could be a bit confusing about where to line up when backing in.

Just dropped in today and it’s in the same boat. Cabinets are from April 2023. Who knows when Dominion will have the transformer installed.

And here's the view from the rear camera when backing into the stalls. The old erased white lines seems to align better with the posts than the new yellow ones do.

The yellow lines are the new standard for most new supercharger locations. The reason that jumps to mind is that this design will be more resilient to hosting vehicles with charge ports in various locations., and potentially for a future refit to V4 pedestals.
