Tesla's Supercharger Team was recently laid off. We discuss what this means for the company on today's TMC Podcast streaming live at 1PM PDT. You can watch on X or on YouTube where you can participate in the live chat.
I thought that might be happening. The hotel next door must be happy not to be the supercharger bathroom. I will miss Tim Hortons. Prefer it to Starbucks until they start of offer hockey cards and donuts.

Strange that they aren't putting in at least 12 chargers. This (other Grimsby location) is usually a fairly busy location already. It being 250kW will help a little but can't imagine what it will look like once other manufacturers have access to the supercharger network next year/or as more Teslas are sold.
Regarding, 12 stalls, it seems Grimsby and Niagara Falls are only busy during the tourist season weekends and holidays so that may be a consideration.
You also have to note 8 stalls is equal to 16 V2 stalls (since charging time is in half, because no need to share).
And there isn’t much parking for the A&W before it enters the Boston pizza territory.
I will also note that I am not 100% sure about this one, but one of the A&W franchisees in Niagara (who owns multiple locations) drives a Tesla and usually installs an L2 in the back.
The QEW is packed every day -- the key conduit of the golden triangle. The current Grimsby is my most visited supercharger. I cant say I have to wait too often -- but the occupancy factor is consistently darned high. ...and wait until Telsa allows Ford and Chevy EVs.

Maybe this is just a temporary setup paid for by the local developer and Tesla will build another mega site across the street at the Niagara Gateway Centre across the street.
I was just there today (14 Sep). Looks like all the Tesla equipment is ready -- but I could not locate evidence of green transformer (utility connection). But it seems that @Lanny located it on other side of entrance by starbucks? I will take a closer look next Tue when I go by
Finally open; seemed to take forever. Very tight access compared to most locations. Anyone know when the N Service side closes? Once the 'word gets out' the 150 kw side will be much less used.
