It's marked offline in supercharge.info is this open or not?

Looks like it's up in the Tesla mobile app. (Sorry, I'm not gonna drive hundreds of miles to check. :cool:)

@corywright @Big Earl @homero89 What do you-all think?

I did all that and exited because I didn’t see free anywhere.
Yeah, they don't make it super clear. If you find yourself at that charger again, with the Tesla validation, you won't be charged at all. Recently, I even stayed for more than an hour and wasn't charged. Just make sure you don't accidentally click for a regular ticket otherwise you will get charged the parking rate.

Visited this one over the weekend. Not exactly sure what's going on. They have brand new Superchargers that are currently being installed in spots that weren't for charging before. They also still have the entire back portion of the structure where the other Superchargers are completely blocked off; not sure if they're going to be replaced or removed.

You don't get charged to use them though. They have a Tesla validation option on the screen, The code is provided on your app or on your car's screen.
Check both of those because my one time going to this location there was an issue where they did not correspond correctly. The key code on from the Nav window from MCU did not work. I grabbed a ticket and asked the parking attendant who informed me that the code on the Nav screens weren't working and that the code from the mobile app was what I needed to use. She validated my parking (along with about 5 other Tesla drivers) and I joked with her that she was a savior to us all and that this must be exhausting on days when there's a technical mishap. She smiled as though I was the only person in the world who understood what she was going through.

Probably a one-off situation. I've used this charger probably 20 times and never had any issues.

Still amuses me that this is the closest SuC to my work (0.5 mile) but I have yet to visit it (I have free L2 charging at work).

The app is showing that seven stalls are out of order (4A, 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B, 8A, and 12B) - I wonder if that has anything to do with that

It's honestly a very slow Supercharger so you aren't missing much. That's probably going to change once the updates are finished though.

Sounds like they're expanding with V3s. The current stalls here won't support non-Tesla vehicles, so perhaps that's why they're upgrading? Any pics?
Here's some pics from today.

Last couple times I’ve been here to use the V3 chargers and it maxes me out at about 72kW and car is already preconditioned and warmed up and ready to charge at max capability. I’m thinking there is something wrong with these chargers. I’ve moved to try 3 different chargers each time and it still would never go past 80kW. I’m at below 20% SOC. Anyone else having this issue?

Something is definitely wrong with the configuration of the V3 dispensers here.

I arrived with a fully heated battery pack at < 2 SoC. Never saw anything above 75kW for the duration of my charge. Even switched to adjacent dispensers and asked other Tesla drivers. Nobody was getting speeds above 80kW on any of the V3 dispensers.
