Tesla is planning to install a new 12 stall supercharger at the Big Y supermarket located at 234 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester, CT 06042. The project plan also includes four adjacent L2 charging posts. The plan proposes three PSU's.

Definitely.

Last Saturday I used an ElectrifyAmerica (Kona) at the nearby Walmart. 4 chargers, 1 not working. Had to wait a few minutes.

That... is something I've never seen before! A PSU delivery before the site was anywhere close to receive it. That will mean a second crane visit to place it later, and the PSU sitting there potentially complicating the site work. Weird. Maybe it's not all that bad - two PSU's are delivered per trailer, so when the next delivery occurs (presumably when the site is ready for permanent placement) it will be one more visit with the trailer + crane.
