Interesting post from the guy who said "Tesla will not open any new SuperChargers in Canada in 2017.

Oh well, not everybody is a genius! It was certainly a surprise you have to admit. Good on them to do it though! Let’s hope 2018 continues the trend.

Amazed how long its taken to complete - started first, will it open last. Perhaps it has something to do with the inspections, as the hydro company was on site back in December and stall have been up for a month at least.

I went by on Saturday as well. It's looking pretty close to complete. The light posts (no solar canopy) are installed now. Other than the wall around the transformers, which is half done, there doesn't appear to be anything left to do that's externally observable. I suppose some of the inspection and electrical could be outstanding though.

Looks like it will be open soon! Another couple weeks maybe?
