The pin above is, at best, a generalized location centered on a city. Supercharge.info needs at least an approved permit to establish the first pin.

I Googled and found this reference. However, there are no 2023 Planning minutes on Monteagle's website yet, so I couldn't double-check there. (Minutes - Town of monteagle)

Wheel stops will prevent them from driving through to Indigo Lane.

That would put the spots along the SW edge of the lot, so 35.237670017461646, -85.85100866825186 would be in the middle of those spots.

It's an interesting choice, since the Kimball, TN and Manchester, TN sites are only 40 miles apart.
On I-24, US-41 and US-64.

Any local reason why they'd want it for anything more than density?

Tremendous density of superchargers in a short stretch of highway between Nashville and Chattanooga.

Especially since the 10 slot V2 Supercharger at Manchester is rarely close to being 50% busy.
