Supercharger - Mt. Laurel Township, NJ (under construction 4/14/24)

Per reports from @j.gardiner.201, a V4 supercharger is under construction at the Coco Key Resort in Mt. Laurel Township, NJ. Looking at dig tickets, one was filed in January at that address to install conduit. Tesla is not named but it fits the reports. Hopefully someone can post pictures of construction here to verify.

Tesla permit found - no details on stall count, etc... however. Added initially as a 12-stall with a guess on GPS coordinates pending some additional information from someone swinging by and sharing some photos.

Two transformer pads. Neither poured yet.

Thanks for the photos and update. Much larger than we thought! 39 stalls seems like an odd number (ie. would expect 40 to align with 4:1 post to supercharger ratio). The charging posts appear to occupy most if not all perimeter spots along the side of the hotel facing RT-73 and the back perimeter of the lot adjacent to the on ramp to I-295.

Will be interesting to see a few more site photos in the daytime.

Yes every spot facing 295 has a stall
However not all the spots facing 73. Also from what I could tell one of the spots will be ADA which is not the case today so perhaps that’s where the odd number is from or maybe I didn’t count right.

PSE&G was working on the pole last night too.

Wow. This is insane. Quantity and quality wise.

I stopped by today. There are 17 stalls along 73. So my original count was correct.

One transformer is now on-site, a new power pole is installed and awaiting transfer of wiring to it. Second transformer pad is still not poured.
