I came across this. Looks like construction is underway at Frontier town.
Thanks for the link. They said that Tesla has installed 8 charger, with plans to add more when the grid can support it.

"Construction is underway for the largest EV charging station in the region. Tesla unloaded 8 superchargers yesterday to go with another 8 DC fast charging stations by NYPA. Tesla plan to add 8 additional superchargers once National Grid upgrades the power lines.
Frontier Town Gateway will be the first facility where 4 DC fast charging stations will be under the canopy and EV vehicles with tow behind could easily pull in for charging.
Another major step to make this facility a “ True Gateway of the Adirondacks”"

drove by last Saturday and saw an empty spool of wire and installed equipment. no time to capture pictures but seems to be moving forward to completion despite the winter.
