Supercharger - Richmond, BC - Garden City Rd

That address is a Walmart, and their parking lot looks different than these pictures. Can anyone head over and see if they can locate this site? Did they just build a new parking garage? The location looks approximately correct based on the towers in the background.

My best guess is:
4660 Garden City Rd, Richmond, BC V6X 1C5.
The colour of the panels match up on what can be seen on street level on Alexandra Rd.
I walked over there just now and they are activly working on pedestals. I counted 10 power cabinets, 40 stalls?
Wow, 40 stalls, that's a lot more than expected. Well done @Rollinozone. Did you notice if any of the stalls have the Magic Dock?

on the rooftop of the parkade, atop the building near the NW corner of the Central at Garden City complex (NOT the Walmart building further to the east).
I don't think this parkade was ever very busy, certainly not up on the roof (unlike the busy Walmart covered lot or other street level angle-parking spots) - that, plus being on the roof out of sight probably why this Supercharger location wasn't noticed earlier
