With any luck this will happen and Brampton/Don Mills will be done in the next few months. I never really got why the largest city in the country was so slow with SC installs.

I thought it was related to the cost of land and property made it difficult.

Considering, a parking spot is around 60-70k downtown. 60k*8 stalls + 2*60 (for equipment) = 600k.

I wouldn't be surprised if property owners are hard to negotiate with.

Haven't the locations been identified for a while, and at Don Mills aren't they using a CF property? They have a bunch of other SCs at CF locations like Eatons Centre, Rideau Centre, Sherway Gardens, etc. So they should have some framework with CF on how much they pay, etc.

Yes, the Don Mills one is at a CF property. It's up and running - Supercharger - Don Mills, ON

Gee -- very tight real estate. Close to gas pumps. Lots of traffic around lot. But...darn close to 401.

At least 1 spot blocked with snow bank. After snow storm tonight, more spots will be blocked for awhile.
