Not entirely ready for prime time but it charges even if the screens say nothing. The icon is both in the app and the nav.

Got a flat tire right after stopping here. The AAA tow truck driver said he didn't like Teslas, "nothing personal", and I commented he's gonna see a LOT more of them now that the town has a Supercharger

I doubt those screens will ever be active. They’re only there for NEVI compliance and will likely only be active for sites built with NEVI funding.
