I was kinda combining the 2 restaurants. The Raiders bar was a 20 minute wait, and the Vig didn't appeal at that time. Free 16amp chargers on 1st and casino levels were full. Ended up eating down the street at a tasty Greek place.

Supercharger - West Henderson, NV - Las Vegas Blvd S (M Resort)

I just spoke to an agent at the front desk and all that’s holding up the SC going online is the City of Henderson hasn’t completed their final inspection.
Because I called and spoke with someone at the front desk and that is what she relayed.
Some time in 4Q this year is when they’re supposed to break ground on the new M tower.
According to the Tesla app and supercharge.info, this site is now online. 
Late afternoon on November 1st I stopped by the M resort to check the status of this supercharger that is been sitting idle for so long. Much to my surprise I saw two Tesla technicians working on the stalls, removing the yellow tape as they tested them one by one.
I asked what the status was and they said that if they were gone by the end of the evening and the lights on the stalls were on it would be open for business. And so it was! I may never need to use the supercharger as I only live 4 miles away but it's great to see it up and running.
I asked the technician about the delay. He explained that it was a power issue with the utility. Apparently they had to run some major new electrical service to that area of the valley since there has been so much recent development.
Based on all the recent growth I've seen locally it seemed like a plausible explanation.
