Have anyone else experienced anything similar? My Model S 85 2014 has suddenly stopped charging at superchargers around 23% on multiple occasions, prompting "Supercharging complete" like if it had reached 100%. If I change charger, it just claims to be complete, if I reset the car, it does its initializing before prompting complete once again.

It's set at 100%, don't think you even can set it lower than 50%. The car and my app says 23% and that supercharging is complete..

That can't happen because you can't set the charging level lower than 50%. Good thoughts though.
That's what I fear. I'm charging it with the mobile charger now - will report back what happens when it gets to or above 23%.

You didn't tell us what happens on home charging?? 220v 50amp. I had same problem. SC couldn't figure it out. Finally Fremont fixed it. If, if it charges full at home, the battery pack is good. U have another problem.
Charged right up at 220v 10a, no problem at all. I've made an appointment, hopefully Tesla can see something in the logs.

I think they meant 220, let's not assume what is common in the United States is how it is everywhere.

Could be right, but last time I was there even long ago it was 240. Maybe changed.
I think the nominal now is actually 230 so still wrong. No big deal I guess.
So Tesla has yet to reply, but the car has been working as designed until today when "Maximum battery charge level reduced, OK to drive - schedule service" popped up... Same SoC as earlier, exactly 70 km. Makes me think that this might be as simple as a coolant problem? Pump malfunction, not cooling the battery enough, so the cars caps itself at 70 km.. Any thoughts?

Close to 200k miles on the original battery, so really not that bad I guess.
