Supercharging issues: Drops to 0kW at multiple times during charge

Just as title states, while supercharging the car will indicate 0kW for a couple minutes before bouncing back up to where I would expect it to be for the given SOC. Has happened a couple of times now. I am thinking it is only occurring at V2 chargers but not 100% on this. Any ideas?

Do you hear the fans run like crazy when that happens? My first thought would be that the battery is too hot...

ya fans are moving at a good rate but I’ve heard louder at V3 stations after unplugging as it cools down the batteries after supercharging. Tesla logged in to the car and are saying the vehicle side of things looks good, just weird for it to drop charging a couple of times and then restart.
