Hello all! For anyone in the Tampa Bay area that might be interested in an affordable home complete with a 10.2 kW Tesla installed solar array and two Powerwalls, my home is now for sale. We added solar and Powerwalls last year and recently remodeled the interior. This house is very competitively priced at $239k, is less than five years old, and is located in a new community that carries no CDD debt. Solar was sized to offset 100% of energy needs including charging a Model S. We absolutely love the home/location/neighbors and are only leaving due to unexpectedly learning that our family situation was changing such that we needed a larger house

Thank you for the kind words! I'm really going to miss this place. There is nothing like having peace of mind during hurricane season that your energy (and fuel) needs will be met- half of the sate lost power for some period of time after Irma. I'm definitely adding solar/PWs to my next house.
