So anyway, I much prefer the Tesla design to the Barbie's-Chastity-Belt-look from Lotus.

Love the car and looking for all the best. I drove the 1.0 tranny and it made me smile like TEG.
Menlo Park discussions led me to believe the new one speed 1.50is much better. Vp11 has it and is being driven by employees. I hope ...beyond hope... that it survives the durabilty factor a daily sportscar needs.

I don't know which drivetrain they have in VP1 and VP11. Martin's is the only Tesla I have ever driven. VP1 is the signature green one that JB had been driving a lot. It would make sense for it to have drivetrain 1.5

(VP11 has the microfibre seats, VP1 has black leather with tan inserts)
