Hello! I have a reservation for a 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD I am unable to take delivery on, which I am happy to sell for $5,000. Pick-up is in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Details on the vehicle are below. I can transfer the registration into someone else's name.

Cost of Vehicle + destination/doc fee + order fee (taxes not included): $56,440

Even at $3k, I don't see much of an incentive, given Tesla has been adding Y to inventory several times a day. I think you might have better luck after quarter-end push. Plus, $3k only gives free tow package to a prospective buyer. Add the administrative headaches of the transfer and the risks associated with it, seems steep to me.

How is the registration transferred? Hand over account credentials and edit all account details? Is it allowed as it has a different license info as part of profile completion? And transfer amount on good faith ?
