Tesla App Not Working … Again

After three days of my iOS Tesla app (v. 4.6.1) not connecting to my 2017S75 it finally connected … NOW I can’t get it to connect to my iPad, also running 4.6.1, and both iOS device running 15.3.1 software. No one at my service center has any idea why. They say it’s a Tesla corporate problem. Yeah, good luck with getting help there!. Any ideas?

I have been unable to connect to my iPhone app but I have a workaround (kinda) - do a scroll wheel reset and drive around for a few miles. My car eventually picks up a new cell tower signal and rectified itself. Hopefully the MCU2 will obviate the need for this with 5G

My Tesla app on android works just fine. Not everyone thinks apple is the end-all and be-all. At least I don't.

It is actually NOT a function of the phone. It IS a function of the cellular unit in the car. I am hoping that this, too, will be resolved next week when the MCU2 and HW3 are retrofitted allowing the use of 5G. I welcome any additional relevant replies concerning 5G. TIA
