Tesla cancels day of , states issue with car at what point ...

does a buyer have recourse and can request the $2500 back due to Tesla not presenting an acceptable car?

I am not saying I will cancel but they call me today, ask if I have the check.... then proceed to say we need to cancel the car had service warnings.

A $60k car .... service warnings?

So what’s the answer to the above? They have the wrong guy to give time to. I play mental gymnastics all the time and them stalling , and even presenting me a car that needed service does not help.

I will be asking for full documentation on what the warning was and what needs replacement.
And just when I thought I was going to be one of the lucky ones...

You can ask but they may not give it to you. You're not entitled to anything since it's not your car yet.
