Was wondering if anyone has seen where Tesla changed the delivery date, sooner than the original scheduled? I was scheduled for Wednesday 9/9 and upon logging in today to check for a VIN to add insurance (In NC you must have VIN to upload proof of insurance), the VIN was there and the appointment to take delivery was changed to Sunday 9/6.
I called the local Tesla showroom to change date back to originally scheduled date and upon reviewing and confirming the change was made, the VIN number is no longer there. Since receiving the VIN I have already added insurance for the car and uploaded Proof of Insurance for the car.
Why would my VIN disappear and will it change before taking delivery? When will my VIN reappear? If any of you have any experience with this I would love to hear your experiences.
