Hi,

Tried the past 2 days to schedule my annual service; however, I just get a blank white screen when I click Manage (after logging in). I just tried IE and had the same issue. I keep getting unable to save errors when trying to do so through the app.

Anyone else having these issues?

JUST CHECKED: Mine works fine over the latest Firefox for a Mac with the latest software.

Have you tried your App? Works great for scheduling service with our local SC.

I have -- it says something like error saving appointment each time.

Same here for a month. Happened day after I added Auto Pilot. Put in a ticket with Corp 2 weeks ago. No response.

Just tried clearing all browser data and restarting. Still doesn't work. But!! The scheduling through the app worked!

Interesting - same here happened after adding autopilot.

I sent email to support. They said a bug was affecting some accounts. Seems fixed now.
