Was just curious if others have had a similar experience in other SCs. So basically my MX is at the SC for some issues I raised at collection.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s taken them an age but they are doing all they can to make me happy but I was shocked by the wasteful nature.
One example, the stitching on the dash is a little frayed, I asked them to get an upholstery guy to fix it, it would be a super easy fix for them to repair it but they said not worth it we’ll just for a brand new dash.
As I say they are doing all they can to make me happy but I just felt it was wasteful and wonder if they could save a fair chunk of money wasted in service.
