Feels like Tesla employee Turnover is higher than in comparable industries. Anybody has data on this?

Soon Elon will be doing everything himself. That place must be a hell hole to work at.

Doubtful, once the alien dreadnought is up and running in 2018, it will be smooth sailing.

It will never be smooth sailing at Tesla. The company is always on the edge.

Not much of a surprise. Not to me. If my boss took over my job, I too would begin a serious job search. But Elon did what was right for the company. He remained in the factory 24/7 to reach (and exceed) the lofty production goal he had set. I wish I had the money to purchase more shares of Tesla.
