anyone know what's up with tesla's insurance website? from my tesla account, if i click on the link under insurance, i'm sent to teslainsuranceservices.com, which is 404 even at the root.
my CC was stolen and i received a new number yesterday. as luck would have it, tesla tried to charge my credit card this afternoon. tried to call in when i found the website broken, and the recording said "no one's here, it's a holiday". and then a couple hours later i received a formal notice of cancellation via email.
gotta love that. no attempt to reach out and no way for me to rectify the problem... just "sorry, you're cancelled."
is there a different account management website that anyone knows of? they seem to be redirecting www.tesla.com/insurance to this other domain. or can state insurance (the underwriter) be contacted directly?
