I have a 2020 MRLR which just reported the front left turn signal not working. When opening the Service section of the app, I only see a choice between Halifax and Quebec City. Is this something that Mobile Service will not handle? I don’t see Mobile Service coming up in the app. It will be a pain to make the trip to Halifax!

You can pick Halifax, and then in the message, ask for it to be done by mobile. They will default to you travelling there, but if you ask, they will do most anything via mobile.
Thanks! I had gone into the app a couple of times and uploaded a picture of the error message, but hadn’t selected a date to start the process. I needed to think about when I could actually make the drive if Mobile Service was not available. Went into the app today to follow your advice and it immediately defaulted to Mobile Service with one date and time: March 2 at 12:30-4:30pm! Fingers crossed that they can fix the errant turn signal light!
