Hi everyone - first time user here, so thank you in advance.
We have a 2022 Model Y and neither my wife, nor myself seem to have the "Owner Account" on our Tesla app any longer...
Any ideas how to remedy that? When we picked it up, they helped set it all up. But now I'm wondering if a service or software update, or something else, made us lose access to the Owner Account.
Still have full access to everything else, but can't see the Charge Statistics for example.
