I am at a supercharger in Indiana and there is a stall where the charger will not physically fit into my Model 3... I think the connector is bent out of shape... So I called the Tesla Roadside assistance to report this (on Christmas) at 6 pm and Roadside Assistance is closed... It states I called outside of normal business hours! Good thing my car did not have a problem on Christmas... Not a big deal, I just moved over to another stall... Just not very comforting to know Roadside Assistance is not 24 hours and I still need AAA if I need a tow or have a flat. How am I to report issues with a Super Charger?
