Tesla Service Centers - Philly area

I've been dealing with the service center in Devon, PA and have been pretty frustrated with their ability to deliver on promises of resolving issues. I'm considering driving a bit more out of my way in hopes of getting better results from another service center. Two other centers "relatively" close to me are:
  1. Springfield Township, NJ
  2. Paramus, NJ
I'd appreciate feedback on these locations, or any other recommendations (maybe they all suck equally ).
Thanks.

I have had two Model S going back to early 2013, when they were in Norristown. I have always found the manager, Nick, to be very helpful and customer solution focused. Maybe you need to reach out to him, let him know your concerns, and give him an opportunity to address them. (I'm assuming you haven't escalated these issues already,) You will find him very straightforward about things. Good luck.

I'm frustrated with Devon PA facility as well.

Just picked up Model X. Infamous fit and finish issues where liftgate asymmetric, body panels don't line up; needs to go back for body shop. Speaker issues. AC fan is weak.

On Day 2, my UMC is broken, red lights, won't charge. Wall receptacles are fine. No one will answer my email or calls. One person in service finally picked up phone in the afternoon, asked I bring it in. Devon is 1.5 hours away for me. Not convenient.

While staff seem very pleasant and responsive when you're there, my specialist is much less responsive by emails.
How does a vehicle which command 6 figures have such poor quality?
