Tesla Shop Orders

Anyone have any experience with delivery when ordering from the tesla shop? Ive recently order my car mats and NEMA adaptor last week and still do not have any information that they have shipped. It also says tracking unavailable.

From what I have gathered they do not send tracking info, they might not even send you an order confirmation. I ordered the front trunk mat last Saturday and got no emails but I did get an email from FedEx letting me know that there is a package coming next week. It looks like it's from Tesla.

Sorry, hit send too quickly. I ordered a CHADEMO adapter. No tracking numbers and no email. Magically showed up at my condo via Fedex

That was my experience too.

Same here. I an adapter ordered today, it shipped today and I got a FEDEX tracking number.

Definitely seems to be a US or Canada situation. US seems to get shipping confirmation etc. i wonder why.

I’m Canadian and I live in Colorado (for another month before I move back) and everything is delivered much faster in the US. I moved here from Toronto and things were usually delivered faster in Toronto than when I lived in Ottawa. I think It has to do with how close you are to a warehouse, and whether your stuff has to go through customs.
Additionally, USPS actually delivers pacakages. on the weekends Canada post? Yeah right...

I just had placed three orders in the last two weeks, each shipped out quick. None ever said shipped or provided tracking numbers.

I ordered the wheel cap kit and a 14-50 adapter on 6/3, it shipped 6/4 and arrived 6/9 via fedex (CA to TX). No emails and no tracking info showed up in my account.

well, my key fob showed up yesterday 6/10 without any notice.. no shipping info or notification.. oh well..

got multiple confirmation emails, followed by a tracking number this morning with a delivery scheduled Friday. They have amped up the service!
