Tesla-Spec Pilot Sport 4S tires now available in 275/30R20

Not sure when Michelin started making these, or Tirerack.com started selling them, but I just noticed 275/30R20 PS4S tires are now available with the acoustic foam and whatever other characteristics are changed to match Tesla's specifications.

No, they have the same outer diameter as Model 3 tires.

Correct—They need 20 x 9.5 wheels.

It's been available for quite some time. I was looking at wheels/tires before I even picked up my Model 3 on Sept 30 and it was available back then on TireRack

I know you can fit 255/35ZR20's on the stock 20" rims. I plan to do that after these tires wear out.

Weird. Maybe a P3D++ is coming!
I remember that there was evidence that Tesla was going to have staggered wheels for the P3D. Maybe they had Michelin make a bunch of tires before they changed their mind?
275 is super tight in the front so I can't imagine that they would use them on a production car without flaring the fenders.

The Model 3 reveal cars had 275/30R20 Pilot Super Sports tires on the rear only. I hope they *don’t* come out with a staggered setup for the 3P. I’m for actual increased performance, not the appearance of increased performance.
